Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must have been lost or damaged beyond use in transit.

We do not recognize scent exchanges. 

To inquire further about a return or refund, please contact us at info@blackmanorgrooming.com. Please include as much detail as possible along with images if relevant. Items sent back to us without first inquiring via email will not be accepted. 

To make the process as smooth as possible, please inspect your package as soon as possible upon delivery and contact us immediately if product appears damaged, defective, or is incorrect. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take several days for your banking institution to process and post funds.
