She lured him back to her extravagant mansion on the edge of town. It was easy work; laughing and smiling the whole way there. He was handsome and the son of a prominent figure. Although good-looking, he was an evil man. He harassed the needy, stalked the women, and used his father's pull to get away with crimes he committed.
They ended up in her luxurious sitting room. Beautiful velvet drapes hung dramatically. Plush couches and thick carpets covered the floor. Flames from candles danced across the walls. He was sitting on the loveseat facing the lit fireplace, his back to her, talking endlessly. As she silently approached, she got a whiff of him. He smelled dark and mysterious, unlike anything she had ever smelled before. It was intoxicating. She pulled a small dagger from beneath her petticoat as she asked him what made him smell so divine; she would have to get her hands on some.
As soon as his answer left his lips, she dug the blade of the dagger deep into the base of his neck...right up to the hilt. She smiled as she watched that horrid man slump over, then abruptly turned, and headed back into town to find herself some of that fragrance.
